Ray Johnston & Sons Heating installed our Keep-Rite furnace in Dec.2024. In the master bedroom right above the furnace was a large cold air duct that allowed once the furnace was install to create very loud noise that interrupted our ability to get any sleep. After many visits by Ray & his staff they opted to reduce the furnaces speed to it's lowest level of function that reduced the noise but also reduced the furnaces functionality. the the furnace be brought back to it's full functions, as I had also followed Ray's advice to block off the large cold air duct to reduce the noise. So Ray's company sent a service representative & he was here for a 25 minute time resetting my Furnace. At least the furnace was functioning at it's full potential & quieter.
A week or so later I received a large bill for this service to be done. Which I disputed as being an over
